These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Wellness app and website at aiwellnesscoach.co (the "Service"), operated by Rebecca-Louise Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.
AI Wellness provides tools for wellness coaches and their clients, including coaching profiles, scheduling and booking of coaching calls, automated confirmations and reminders, an optional Google Calendar integration, and related community and content features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: break the law; infringe others' rights; upload harmful or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data; interfere with its operation or security; or use it to send spam or harass others.
The Service lets clients book calls with coaches and lets coaches manage their availability. You are responsible for honoring, rescheduling, or cancelling the calls you book or offer. Coaches are independent providers of their own coaching services; AI Wellness provides the platform, not the coaching itself.
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, you authorize us to create and update coaching-call events on your primary Google Calendar as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in the app or via your Google Account settings. Your use of Google's services is also subject to Google's own terms.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Rebecca-Louise Inc or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the Service (for example, to display your coaching profile and deliver your bookings).
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Google, Supabase, and Resend). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.
AI Wellness and its coaches provide general wellness and lifestyle guidance. The Service is not medical, nutritional, psychological, or professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions. Never disregard professional advice because of something on the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebecca-Louise Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebecca-Louise Inc from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rebecca-Louise Inc is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
